Notarial Acts. Australian Honorary Consuls do not have delegation by the Commonwealth Government of Australia to perform notarial acts, such as certifying copies of documents, witnessing signatures on documents, legalising or authenticating documents, these can only be performed at the Australian Embassy in Madrid, please refer to Services for Australians.
