Australian Community in Spain
Australia Spain Business Association
The Australia Spain Business Association (ASBA) is a non profit association with the general aim of promoting business, investment and commercial relations between Australia and Spain. ASBA aims to be the key point of reference for Australian business entering Spain and for Spanish business entering the Australian market.
Gudonya Club
The Gudonya Club is a get-together for Australians and their friends in Madrid. It was founded in 1997 by Jeff Callow and Luis Aguilar with the idea of bringing the Australian community together on a regular basis in an informal way.
Australian Alumni Association Spain
The Australian Alumni Association Spain (AAAS) was inaugurated in November 2007 by Australia’s Ambassador to Spain, Noel Campbell. The association provides a network for those who have studied in Australia and are now living in Spain.

Elections
Queensland State and Local Elections - Saturday 24 March 2012
Queensland voters who wish to vote in the State and Local Elections may do so via Postal Vote, by completing the Application for a Postal Vote form for State Election and/or Local Government Election from the Electoral Commission of Queensland official website: www.ecq.qld.gov.au
The completed form must be faxed by the elector to the Electoral Commission of Queensland on 00 61 7 30365770 or alternatively you may scan this form and email it to the Electoral Commission of Queensland at cpv@ecq.qld.gov.au
N.B. To participate in the State Election, the completed form must be returned to the Electoral Commission of Queensland by no later than 6:00 PM (Queensland Time) on Thursday 22 March 2012. To participate in the Local Government Election the form must be returned to the Electoral Commission of Queensland by no later than 6:00 PM (Queensland Time) on Wednesday 25 April 2012.
