Consular Notarial Fees

If attending an appointment for a notarial act, payment must be made by Visa or Mastercard Credit or Debit Card. To make an appointment please click here.
If you wish to obtain certified copies or the Apostille of The Hague via postal mail, payment (inlduing courier fees to return the documents to you) may be made by Visa or Mastercard Credit or Debit Card. Please download the Credit Card Authorisation Form complete this form and sign it, then enclose it with your original documents to be certified or Apostilled, attaching a note detailing your full address, telephone number and email and mail these to the Australian Embassy in Madrid, marked to the attention of the Consular Section.

N.B Courier fees are for information only of those clients who wish to obtain certified copies of orginal documents without visiting the Embassy. Other notarial services, such as, Statutory Declarations, Witnessing Signature(s) and Certificates of No Impediment to Marriage are only performed in person at the Embassy in Madrid. Request an appointment at the Embassy in Madrid.
